Hallways are extra wide and well lit for moving large pieces anytime, including after hours.
We have a gated entrance secured by personal gate codes for each tenant.
The space between the buildings and around the back is wide enough for tractor trailers to easily enter and exit the facility.
10x10 Units are the perfect size for storing small furniture and boxes.
10x15 Units will hold the equivalent of a two bedroom apartment, with enough room for appliances.
A 10x20 Unit can store appliances, and furniture, and is approximately the size of a standard one car garage.
Our Warehouse units are located next door to the climate-controlled facility.

We are in the office Monday-Friday from 9-5, however tenants have access to their units 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All lease agreements are month to month. We only require a 30-day notice for moving out.
We do not currently require our tenants to carry insurance on their contents, but we do recommend it.
We do not have outside storage at this location. Our warehouse units are 18x45, non-climate-controlled units which can accommodate small boats and recreational vehicles.
All of our units open to the inside of the building so we cannot store any vehicles.
Yes, our facility has room for POD delivery.
